Getting
Started
All of our classes are ongoing so you don’t have to worry about start and end dates. We encourage all new clients to start with a private session before jumping into classes. That said, you can take any Intro to Mat or Yoga I class without any pre-requisites.
Look for your area of interest below to see what you’ll want to do before taking classes. Look over our FAQ Section for answers to common questions such as what to wear and bring.
Pilates
Private lessons are the best introduction to learning the Pilates Method. Three private lessons will clear your pre-requisites for all of our Beginner Pilates classes. This is such a popular option for getting started that we offer the Introduction to Pilates Package. Private lessons are scheduled around your availability so just contact us with days and time ranges that work for you.
Looking to get started with Pilates Equipment in a group setting? Four of our Fundamentals of Equipment classes will clear the pre-requisite for Beginner Pilates Equipment.
Yoga
If you feel comfortable taking a Yoga I class, you are welcome to do so. We offer a 4-week Intro to Yoga series each month for those looking for a slower-paced introduction complete with demonstrations. Private lessons are also available for anyone looking for more individual attention or who would like to learn modifications for a specific injury or body issue.
Gyrotonic
Just one private lesson will clear your pre-requisites for Gyrotonic group classes and semi-private groups. Since everyone can work at their own pace in Gyrotonic, we simply want to get you familiar with the equipment and basic exercises before joining a group.
