First things first! Have you booked your introductory session yet?

Our introductory sessions allow you to get a personalized welcome to the studio and are a great way for you to see what works best for you. These classes are available both virtually and in-studio.

Introductory Private Lesson

One-on-one session with your choice of a Pilates or GYROTONIC® instructor. Strongly recommended for anyone new to our studio, not just those new to Pilates or Gyrotonic exercise.

Group Fitness Introductory 2-Week Package

Try out as many of our live stream/virtual small group fitness classes as you’d like in 14 days!



If you are coming to the studio in person, we’ll provide the equipment. Just show up dressed and ready to go! For in-person group fitness classes, you may want to bring your own mat and small props. For virtual classes, if you need anything other than a mat, there will be a list given in the description.


This is an easy one and you have a few options! Standard form-fitting workout clothes are ideal, both for allowing your instructor to see your alignment and so that your movement won’t be hindered. For women, a sports top, t-shirt and leggings work great. For men wearing a t-shirt and loose shorts, we recommend a pair of bike shorts underneath.


Our underground parking garage is free for 2 hours but can be a little tricky to find. The entrance is on the rear side of the building at 4720 Rosedale Ave. When coming from Wisconsin Ave/ Rt 355, take the very first right into the alley. The entrance to the garage will be immediately on your right. The garage extends under Rosedale Ave and will bring you over to our side of the street if you follow the signs for the NORTH BUILDING elevator.

Park in one of the spaces marked Retail.

Take the North Building Elevator or stairs to the retail level LR.

Exit the elevator to the sidewalk, and turn LEFT.

Balance studio is located two doors down on your LEFT

Additionally, there is a metered surface parking lot on Maple Ave that is free on Saturdays and Sundays.
